Harvest Celebration

Gathering is such a joyous experience at the moment. Eating so pleasurable. Making the most of the shortening days and the productive soil. 
Feeling so fortunate for the earth, the sun and the rain.

    I agree...this time of year...Harvest makes for delightful lunches and dinners. We had fresh sweet corn and tomatoes ...and half of a chicken sandwich on fresh wheat breads...delicious and healthy! Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart

    Love this! I filled a large bowl with pears, tomatoes, tomatillios, beans and carrots from the garden on Friday. It was a celebration.
